Eclipse, Ethereum’s first Layer 2 (L2) solution powered by the Solana Virtual Machine, has announced collaboration with HackQuest, a one-stop Web3 developer education platform, to launch the Eclipse Learning Track.
Eclipse offers developers a high-performance general-purpose L2 solution that maintains rigorous verifiability. hrough this partnership, HackQuest and Eclipse will provide developers with the tools and resources to learn about and build scalable decentralized applications on Eclipse.
Overview of the Eclipse Learning Track

The Eclipse Learning Track is a structured online course designed for developers and founders who want to build within Eclipse’s ecosystem. It covers essential concepts, advances to Rust and SVM-compatible chain development, Anchor framework, and culminates in creating decentralized applications (DApps).
Participants will gain hands-on experience with Eclipse’s features, such as account management, fee abstraction, and interoperability. Available in English and Mandarin, the course is beginner-friendly, requiring only basic blockchain knowledge. The Eclipse Learning Track offers a comprehensive introduction to development on Eclipse.
The curriculum covers Eclipse architecture and Rust basics, progresses to Solana Virtual Machine and Anchor framework for dApp development, and concludes with hands-on projects such as launching a meme coin, creating favorites on Eclipse, implementing NFT minting on Eclipse, and creating a CRUD-dApp. HackQuest enhances learning with personalized dashboards, goal-setting, and gamified missions for an interactive and rewarding experience.
To complement the Eclipse learning track, HackQuest and Eclipse are organizing a series of in-person and cohort-based events. These events will feature a series of instructor-led co-learning camps, designed to foster a synchronous alternative learning path to the self-guided learning track. A Hacker House will serve as a hands-on space for developers to explore and innovate utilizing Eclipse’s tools. Furthermore, two IRL developer meetups will provide valuable networking opportunities for developers, founders, and industry leaders to share ideas and strengthen community ties.
Upon completing the Eclipse Learning Track, participants will receive a certificate co-issued by HackQuest and Eclipse, represented as an on-chain Soul-bound Token (SBT). By the end of the track, participants will be equipped with practical experience and the skills needed to design and build accessible applications within the Eclipse ecosystem.
Building the Future of Accessible Web3 Solutions
Eclipse and HackQuest are collaborating to empower developers in building user-centric Web3 applications. This partnership integrates a range of initiatives, including hackathons, co-learning programs, hacker houses, meetups, and multilingual support, to drive broader adoption of solutions built on the Eclipse platform.
The learning track and post-learning support are structured to provide participants with practical skills and ongoing resources, forming a foundation for continued growth. Together, these efforts aim to expand the global reach and impact of the Eclipse ecosystem while supporting developers at every stage.
Join the Eclipse Learning Track today and take your first step toward building scalable, consumer-ready blockchain applications.
About Eclipse
Eclipse is Ethereum's first L2 powered by the Solana Virtual Machine, combining the speed of Solana with the liquidity of Ethereum. This novel architecture enables a high-performance L2, with access to Ethereum's liquidity, while maintaining the hard constraint of verifiability. Our mission is to be the best place for dApps, thereby accelerating a future of crypto-enabled products. Eclipse gives developers a general-purpose L2 capable of massive scale that can power the next generation of decentralized applications.
