- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate screening.
- Policy and Compliance: Assist in implementing company policies, monitoring adherence to labor laws, and providing support in handling employee inquiries and grievances.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
