Screen phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them appropriately.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
