    1. Sourcing Candidates: Actively seek out and engage potential candidates by attending job fairs, recruitment events, community outreach programs, and utilizing local networking channels.

    1. Screening Candidates: Conduct initial interviews, assess resumes, and evaluate qualifications to determine if candidates meet the job requirements.

    1. Building Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, and other entities to build a pipeline of potential candidates.

    1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often preferred, though experience may substitute for formal education.

    1. Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is typically required, especially experience in a field or on-site recruitment role.
