- To encode all facultative accounts in eDeclare. To record, strictly monitor and control the status of all RI Outward Placements. To book all received and signed inward binders.
- Responsible in eDeclare. This includes evaluating, encoding, and validating Outward Facultative accounts in eDeclare.
- Responsible in Outward Monitoring.
- Printing of policy/endorsement schedules and outward binders.
- Recording of date printed (policies/binders) in delivery monitoring
- Recording of date released/date confirmed/confirm no. of outward binders in Genweb Confirm Binder Module
- Uploading of received confirmed binders and zip file in Genweb.
- Booking of inward binders.
- World Check
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in the General Insurance Industry
- Experience in Reinsurance
