Job Title: Sales Training Manager

Location: 2nd floor Science Hub tower 1 Mckinley Hill Cyberpark, Taguig City

Employment Type: Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the performance and effectiveness of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, training facilitation, and instructional design to support the development of sales professionals and drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and advanced sales techniques.
  • Deliver training sessions through various formats, including in-person workshops, virtual classes, and on-demand modules.

Needs Analysis and Assessment:

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update them based on feedback and performance metrics.

Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members to reinforce training content.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and measure the impact of training programs on sales performance and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Use data to recommend enhancements to training initiatives and identify additional opportunities for development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
