- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines
- Source candidates through various channels such as Workday, job portals, job fairs, agencies, and referrals
- Coordinate interviews, administer assessments, and prepare recruitment reports
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records and employee data
- Support onboarding processes and documentation
- Contribute to recruitment collateral preparation during job fairs
- Assist in process documentation and other related tasks as assigned
Educational Qualifications: Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Social Studies, or related field
Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR data management
Work Set-up:
Working schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Skill set:
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR requirements, and high-volume recruitment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office; HR system knowledge is a plus
