We are looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant who can confidently handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a multitasker, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills—especially when handling calls and coordinating office tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Handle and organize paperwork, filing, and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications
  • Prepare reports and assist with data entry tasks
  • Use Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.) for documentation and collaboration
  • Make and receive phone calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Support day-to-day office operations as needed


  • SHS, College level or graduate
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Confident in making phone calls and speaking with clients or team members
  • Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
