Product Manager
One Pharma Marketing, Inc.
· Oversees the development and implementation of the marketing strategy of each product or product group
· Liaises with channel marketing and sales groups to ensure product movement through the funnel and provide marketing interventions as necessary
· Provides significant input into the annual brand/portfolio plans to achieve goals, specifically in: Quarterly and annual sales and promotions plan
· Actively coordinates and guides sales teams on product communication and sales plans to ensure satisfactory level of product
· Develops disease management analyses of relevant therapeutic areas and strategic assessments of the company’s products, e.g. product synergies in related disease areas, growing therapeutic area and new product introduction, etc.
· Actively works across different functions to ensure all-the time availability of products in all relevant channels.
· Monitors product movement in all channels to ensure optimum stock levels and in house inventories at all times.
· Financial management of the marketing program including budget planning and resource allocation to ensure that spending is aligned with budget
· Ensures open and effective communication within the Marketing Team through timely reporting and through suitable reporting systems.
· Proactively seeks feedback on both internal and external customers with regards to product brand strategy.
· Four-year degree in any Business or Medical Course.
· At least 3 years general experience in the same position or higher position in another pharmaceutical company
· At least 3 years specific experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Allocation.
· Amenable to work onsite from Mondays-Fridays in Las Pinas City
· Knowledge on digital marketing is an advantage
· Willing to travel on short notice
· Must possess ability to work successfully with teams in different departments and locations, flexible and able to work well under pressure
· Capable of taking on and delivering project deliverables and results with minimal supervision.
· Willing to conduct field work.
