- Deliver new hire training programs focused on customer service, communication skills, and product knowledge.
- Conduct refresher sessions, process-specific training, and coaching based on performance metrics.
- Align training initiatives with quality assurance feedback and operational targets.
- Create engaging content and use facilitation techniques that boost learner engagement and retention.
- Partner with leadership and operations to drive continuous training effectiveness and performance improvement.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in training for customer service (BPO setup, preferably with banking or financial services background).
- Proven expertise in soft skills development, product/process training, and QA alignment.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig.
- Open to Australian shift schedule.
- Must be ready to start immediately.
