  • Deliver new hire training programs focused on customer service, communication skills, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct refresher sessions, process-specific training, and coaching based on performance metrics.
  • Align training initiatives with quality assurance feedback and operational targets.
  • Create engaging content and use facilitation techniques that boost learner engagement and retention.
  • Partner with leadership and operations to drive continuous training effectiveness and performance improvement.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in training for customer service (BPO setup, preferably with banking or financial services background).
  • Proven expertise in soft skills development, product/process training, and QA alignment.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Taguig.
  • Open to Australian shift schedule.
  • Must be ready to start immediately.
