Role Scope Summary

The Project Analyst supports the successful delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives. This role ensures effective project governance, reporting, and coordination across a portfolio of high-impact programs. Working closely with the Program Director, this position plays a key role in enabling executive decision-making through timely insights, risk management, and delivery assurance.

Key Position Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Governance

  • Support the Program Director in managing CFD and Crypto related strategic project portfolio.
  • Maintain and enhance project governance frameworks, templates, and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate project reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.

Project Oversight & Support

  • Monitor project health, timelines, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support to project leads in planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and enterprise delivery standards.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive audiences.
  • Track KPIs and delivery metrics to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and delivery challenges proactively.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with project managers, business leads, and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions to resolve delivery roadblocks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams on PMO best practices.


Key Requirements

  • >5 years’ experience in a PMO, project coordination, or delivery support role(s).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience working in a corporate or executive office environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in Technology (specifically FinTech) environments.
  • Experience working in a complex, global environment with matrix reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
  • Additional languages (specifically Mandarin) considered highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
