Business Development Manager

About the Role

Gomeco Metal Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal products, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Malinta, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role focused on driving business growth, expanding market reach, and strengthening our customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and high-potential customers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to promote company products and services
• Collaborate with the marketing team in developing and implementing targeted campaigns
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities
• Support overall business growth strategy and cross-functional initiatives
• Develop new product lines and identify potential new income streams

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably in trading, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Work Location

• Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City
