We built the entire ecosystem from absolute scratch during this hackathon:

1. The AI Layer: Developed 10 specialized Python agents coordinated by a central LangGraph orchestrator (built on FastAPI), handling everything from real-time fraud detection to RLHF self-learning — 11 cooperating services in total.

2. The Web3 Layer: Wrote and deployed 5 smart contracts (InsuranceClaim, RiskOracle, HealthGuardian, HealthPassport, PremiumVault) to the OKX X Layer Testnet, validated by a comprehensive 70-test Hardhat suite.

3. The Backend Layer: Engineered a robust CQRS backend using ASP.NET Core 8 — Dapper for lightning-fast reads and Entity Framework Core for transactional writes — backed by a Neon PostgreSQL 16 database.

4. The Frontend Layer: Created a full-stack React 18 / TypeScript dashboard serving 3 distinct roles (Customer, Admin, Hospital), featuring live AI streaming via Server-Sent Events (SSE).

5. OKX Integration: Successfully listed, verified, and integrated our agent (#5967) onto the OKX.AI Marketplace with full x402 payment compliance.
