Envoy is a decentralized spending platform that lets organizations issue programmable spending cards to team members using smart accounts and ERC-7715 delegation. It enables teams to spend from a shared treasury with programmable limits, without requiring individual wallets to hold funds.

Features:

  • Smart Account Treasuries: Organizations manage funds via smart accounts (ERC-4337)

  • Spending Cards: Admins issue cards with customizable limits (daily/weekly/monthly)

  • Delegation-Based Spending: Uses ERC-7715/ERC-7710 for on-chain permissions

  • Team Management: Members join organizations and receive spending cards
