Pactra is an AI-assisted onchain escrow platform for freelancers and clients.

Clients create a project, define milestones, and lock USDC into a smart contract before work begins. Freelancers submit their work milestone by milestone, while AI helps review each submission against the original requirements.

The client remains in control of approval. Once a milestone is approved, the smart contract automatically releases the corresponding USDC payment to the freelancer.

Pactra is designed to reduce payment risk for freelancers and delivery risk for clients while keeping the payment process transparent and verifiable onchain.

For the MVP, Pactra will run on Arbitrum Sepolia using mock USDC.

Core flow:

Client creates a Pact
→ Funds the escrow
→ Freelancer submits a milestone
→ AI reviews the submission
→ Client approves or requests revision
→ Smart contract releases payment

Progreso del hackathon

Started from idea stage during the buildathon. Current progress: Product concept and problem definition completed. MVP scope defined. User flow and smart contract architecture in progress. Frontend, smart contracts, AI review system, testing, and Arbitrum Sepolia deployment will be built during the buildathon.
