A community-powered VPN where anyone can earn by sharing bandwidth and users connect transparently through on-chain sessions.
A decentralized VPN powered by community nodes and TON smart contracts. Users connect to bandwidth providers through a transparent on-chain session system, while providers earn automatically. The platform runs fully on-chain using two deployed contracts on the TON testnet:
Node Registry: EQBHnWNg1jpHJBIQ-sHcvBfDDxMCsy8JaJWT3NWvwhQyTdMk
Session Manager: EEQDu3ep204NLbW9CFAAcpj5qiRGPCj2R5vxzID4LSeSL_Ae0
Check on TON testnet explorer: https://testnet.tonscan.org/
If you want to connect, make sure you're using a TON testnet wallet and have some test tokens. You can grab faucet TON from this bot: https://t.me/testgiver_ton_bot
The DeVPN is available as a Telegram Mini App for instant access:

Or open the Vercel web version (mobile recommended):

During the hackathon, we built the full &VPN flow from scratch: deploying the Node Registry and Session Manager smart contracts on TON testnet, developing the Telegram Mini App, and integrating it with our backend on Supabase and Railway. We connected real-time wallet payments, session tracking, and node management, fixing issues like UUID mapping and payment channel reuse along the way. By the end, the system was fully functional on mobile: users can browse nodes, start a VPN session, complete on-chain payment, and see their session history in the dashboard.
