Current loyalty programs:

  • Are locked within individual platforms (you can’t use Amazon points on Flipkart, etc.).

  • Have points that often expire or lose value.

  • Are non-transferable and non-interoperable.

  • Provide minimal control and incentives to users.


Solution Overview

LoyalX allows e-commerce platforms to tokenize loyalty points as fungible tokens (LoyaltyTokens).

Key Features:

Tokenized Loyalty Points

  • Brands issue loyalty tokens to users after purchases.

  • Tokens can be used within the platform or traded/swapped for partner tokens.

Interoperable Points Marketplace

  • Users can swap loyalty tokens between different brands on a built-in DEX.

  • Think: swapping Starbucks points for Zomato discounts.

Stake to Unlock Rewards

  • Users can stake loyalty tokens to access special offers, cashback, or early sales.

NFT Membership Cards

  • Brands offer special NFT-based VIP memberships (tiered access: Bronze, Silver, Gold).

  • These NFTs come with exclusive benefits and are tradable.

Onboarding Abstraction

  • Users log in using Google/Email/Phone.

  • Wallet creation & token management happens behind the scenes for a seamless experience.

Dashboard for Brands

  • Analytics: Customer engagement, token flow, retention rate.

  • API: Easily integrate loyalty tokens into existing checkout systems.


Revenue Model

  • Transaction Fee: 0.5%-1% on loyalty token redemptions/swaps.
