Teams answer manually. Users get liquidated while waiting. Vireo Vigía is an open-source Python SDK that deploys a 24/7 AI support agent directly into your protocol's Discord or Telegram. Unlike generic chatbots, it reads each user's real wallet — live Aave V3 health factors, GMX V2 positions, Hyperliquid balances — and answers with their actual numbers, not generic advice.
