Position: Recruitment Assistant
Number of hours : 40 hours/week
Schedule: Day Shift (7AM - 3PM), Philippine Time
Work Location: Hybrid setup at an office in Quezon City
Rate: Php16, 500/month
- Typical admin tasks such as updating the Recruitment Tracker and notes of candidate's profile in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- File management (Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner)
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
- Manage available job portals provided by RBS by making new job postings and qualify applicants that applied
- Communicate and liaise with the rest of the Recruitment Team to get a clear view of the hiring needs and organizational goals of the clients
- Define job descriptions and document specifications
- Facilitate client interviews
- Assist the recruitment team as needed
- Source and pre-screen applicants before inviting for interview
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Resolve administrative problems within, but not limited to, the Human Resource Team
- Perform additional tasks or projects assigned
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Assistant or any relevant role is a big advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work in the morning
- Ability to work in a hybrid set-up with 3 days on site work
- Technical recruitment experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Workspace applications is required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and possesses great attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s talent management systems
- Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
