  • Develop and execute growth strategies to boost company revenue.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector or startup ecosystem.
  • Understanding of startups’ technological needs and growth challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills when working with founders, CTOs, and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (especially for international markets).
  • Ability to work in goal-driven and fast-paced environments.
  • Nice-to-Have (Preferred but not required)
  • Existing network in incubators, accelerators, or VC firms.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity, AI, or software services for startups.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking and lead generation strategies.
