- Develop and execute growth strategies to boost company revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector or startup ecosystem.
- Understanding of startups’ technological needs and growth challenges.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills when working with founders, CTOs, and technical teams.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (especially for international markets).
- Ability to work in goal-driven and fast-paced environments.
- Nice-to-Have (Preferred but not required)
- Existing network in incubators, accelerators, or VC firms.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity, AI, or software services for startups.
- Knowledge of growth hacking and lead generation strategies.
