TradeX is a fast-growing global Web3 platform focused on innovation, compliance, and user experience. We’re expanding rapidly across Asia, and we’re looking for a bilingual professional to bridge communication and operations between our Chinese and Sri Lanka teams.

Role Overview

You will act as the local voice of TradeX in India — engaging with users, maintaining an active and friendly community atmosphere, and helping convert new users into loyal traders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Telegram / Discord / X communities in India.
• Answer user queries in English or Hindi and guide them through platform features.
• Create conversations, polls, and contests to drive engagement.
• Identify active users and convert them into ambassadors or referral users.
• Report community feedback, trends, and local insights to the global team.
• Assist in online and offline local campaigns or collaborations.

Requirements

• Based in India with a strong understanding of local Web3 or crypto trends.
• Fluent in English + Hindi (other local languages are a plus).
• Experience moderating Telegram or Discord communities.
• Familiar with CEX/DEX platforms and trading terms.
• Strong communication skills, positive and proactive attitude.
