- Implement and manage ServiceNow modules and integrations following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead end-to-end platform management, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Design and execute REST/SOAP integrations and configure authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, certificates, MID Server).
- Implement and support HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Document Management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and deliver optimized ServiceNow solutions.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and 8+ years in the IT industry.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Proven experience in designing and modifying complex integrations and applying ServiceNow best practices.
