主要工作职责

1. 制定、实施和维护公司合规政策、流程及项目,确保遵守适用法律法规及内部标准。

2. 监督并评估各业务单元合规控制措施的有效性,识别潜在风险并提出整改建议。

3. 定期开展合规培训与宣导项目,提升员工对监管要求及道德标准的理解。

4. 审查业务活动、合同及运营流程,确保符合相关法律(如反贿赂、数据隐私、反洗钱)及公司政策。

5. 调查员工、利益相关方或监管机构提出的合规事件、违规行为或疑虑,编制包含调查结果及建议的详细报告。

6. 与跨职能团队(如法务、财务、运营)协作,解决合规问题并将合规要求融入业务运营。

7. 跟踪相关法律法规及行业最佳实践的更新,向管理层提供新规影响分析及建议。

8. 对接外部监管机构,响应问询,协助应对监管审计或检查。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历,法律、金融、工商管理等相关专业;持有专业认证(如CCEP、CAMS)者优先。

2. 3-5年合规管理相关经验,优先考虑金融服务、科技领域。

3. 熟悉相关法律法规(如《反海外腐败法》、GDPR、国内反贿赂法、数据保护法规等)。

4. 具备出色的分析、解决问题及组织能力,能有效管理多项任务及优先级。

5. 中英文书面及口头沟通流利。

6. 具有高度的道德标准、诚信正直及细节关注度。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.

2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls across business units, identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions.

3. Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs for employees to enhance understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

4. Review business activities, contracts, and operational processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g., anti-corruption, data privacy, anti-money laundering) and company policies.

5. Investigate compliance incidents, breaches, or concerns raised by employees, stakeholders, or regulatory bodies, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to address compliance issues and integrate compliance into business operations.

7. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and advise management on the impact of new or revised requirements.

8. Liaise with external regulatory authorities, respond to inquiries, and assist in regulatory audits or inspections as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) are a plus.

2. 3-5 years of proven experience in compliance management, preferably in Industry of financial services and technology.

3. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, GDPR, local anti-corruption laws, data protection regulations).

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

5. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English; fluency in Chinese is preferred.

7. High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
