Job Responsibilities
Receive and answer user inquiries via online chat, email, and online customer service tools; Provide timely feedback on issues encountered during processing, and collect and organize frequently asked questions; Possess strong business acumen, able to quickly grasp core business concepts after training; those with financial knowledge and experience are preferred; Proactively identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem-solving and process optimization; Able to work shifts/long night shifts.
Job Requirements
1 year of customer service experience in the cryptocurrency industry or financial/banking institutions is preferred; Strong logical thinking skills, able to accurately assess users' true needs; Passionate about customer service, focused on user experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions; Fluent in the local language and English; Able to adjust communication methods and styles according to different users; Possess self-management skills and be able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
