JOB PURPOSE:

This position will have an active role in the monthly financial reporting and analysis.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  2. Assist in the account analysis and preparation of financial schedules
  3. Reviews financial transactions and initiate adjustments as needed
  4. Monitors exchange rates
  5. Prepare government reportorial requirements
  6. Monitoring of bank accounts
  7. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in reporting, consolidation, and financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well and have a strong interpersonal relationship with others.
