Job Overview

Level Up is seeking an HR Officer to support the company's human resources operations and ensure a positive, compliant, and safe workplace. This role will handle employee onboarding, employee relations, labor compliance, and workplace safety and well-being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Employee Support

• Welcome and assist new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Process initial employment documents and requirements.
• Provide employees with guidance on company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Support employee well-being and engagement initiatives.

Legal Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Support HR policies and processes that minimize employment-related risks.

Safety, Health & Workplace Environment

• Implement and monitor workplace safety and health policies.
• Assist in investigating workplace incidents and employee concerns.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and harassment-free work environment.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of extensive experience in HR, preferably with experience handling employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Basic knowledge of medical and logistics is an advantage.
