BaseLots - Fractional Real Estate, Reimagined

BaseLots is an AI first platform that lets anyone invest in tokenized real estate with as little as $50. We are solving the fundamental problem of real estate inequality: ≈79% of Americans cannot afford a down payment, yet real estate generates ≈90% of millionaire wealth.

What We Built

Our ERC 3643 security token system on Arbitrum enables compliant fractional property ownership with built in liquidity. Each property is tokenized with identity verification, investor limits, and automated compliance rules, all enforced at the smart contract level. Non-accredited investor token holders can sell their ownership on secondary markets after a 12 month holding period.

Heritage Shield Protocol - (Patent Pending)

The Death Oracle automates inheritance without probate. When a token holder passes, Chainlink oracles verify death, a 90 day challenge period prevents fraud, and assets automatically transfer to designated beneficiaries. No lawyers, no courts, no average 18 month delays.
