DisasterVault is an autonomous disaster relief system built on Flow blockchain that automatically routes donations to humanitarian organizations minutes after catastrophic earthquakes are detected.
How it works:
Users create smart contract vaults with customizable parameters (magnitude threshold, max donation amount)
An off-chain oracle worker polls the USGS earthquake feed every 6 hours
GPT-5-mini verifies if events require humanitarian aid
Flow's scheduled transactions automatically execute donations when qualifying earthquakes occur
All operations are transparent and verifiable on-chain
