Lok Seva – People's Voice, Government's Action
Problem:
Citizens often face issues like poor roads, garbage mismanagement, unsafe areas, or lack of public health facilities—but these complaints rarely reach the authorities in a structured, visible, or verifiable way.
Solution:
Lok Seva is a citizen-driven platform where users can report public issues under categories like Infrastructure, Environment, Public Safety, Health, and Education. Each reported problem appears in the app interface and can be:
Voted on by other citizens to indicate how many people are genuinely affected.
Visualized with a pie chart showing the category-wise distribution of problems in an area.
Tracked by administrative bodies to prioritize based on public impact.
This helps both governments act faster and people feel heard.
