ChargeFrog is building the EV charging network that defines the RWA standard on Mantle—turning real charging stations into compliant, cashflow-producing on-chain securities. We’re fixing “charging deserts” with a community-led model: anyone can propose new station locations, and stations get funded by fractional investment so small investors can finally participate. The breakthrough is Crate (ChargeFrog Regulated Asset Tokenization Engine), Mantle’s first end-to-end asset tokenization framework engine: regulation-native, audit-forward, and legally anchored. Crate issues equity + bond security tokens with ERC‑1400 + ERC‑3643 dual standards, enforces identity-based compliance via KYC permissioning, and anchors legal documents on-chain (ERC‑1643). Users swap MNT into Bolt (ERC-20) charging credits that can only be spent at authorized stations; every charge is verifiable on-chain. Investors claim revenue monthly, pro‑rata, on Mantle.
This project demonstrates infrastructure for regulated real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and corporate-action execution. It does not issue real securities, accept public investment, or process live financial transactions.
The current MVP operates in a testing environment using mock smart contracts and simulated flows. However, the underlying engine is designed for real-world deployment and can be configured to support regulatory frameworks such as Reg CF, Reg D, or Reg S, depending on the CRATE use case and system implementation.
All assets, investors, transactions, and legal workflows shown are testnet-only and non-binding. The MVP uses mock legal documents that are structured to reflect real-world RWA legal documentation (e.g. disclosures, offering terms, ownership records) and are included purely for technical and architectural demonstration.
