eme-World Assets (MWA) Protocol — RWA-Backed Token Launchpad on Robinhood Chain

PROBLEM
Memecoins and speculative tokens have no intrinsic value or backing. When the hype fades, investors are left with worthless tokens and no exit. Meanwhile, real-world assets (RWA) like tokenized stocks remain locked in vaults with no way to generate liquidity or yield. There is no bridge between these two worlds.

SOLUTION
MWA Protocol is the first launchpad that lets creators issue MEME tokens backed by real-world assets. The mechanism is simple and trustless:

1. A creator locks a tokenized RWA (such as tokenized AMD, TSLA, or AAPL stock) as collateral in the MWAVault smart contract.
2. The protocol automatically creates a MEME token with a fixed supply.
3. Investors buy the MEME token with ETH or USDC. The creator receives the proceeds.
4. The creator commits to a buyback premium (3%, 5%, or 10%) — an on-chain promise to repurchase all tokens at the end of the lock period.
5. When the lock expires, the creator deposits the buyback amount (principal + premium) into the contract.
6. The contract automatically buys back all MEME tokens from holders at market price plus the premium.
7. All repurchased tokens are burned.
8. The RWA collateral is returned to the creator.

The result: investors get a guaranteed exit with profit, creators get liquidity from their locked RWA, and the MEME token has real economic backing.

HOW IT WORKS (TECHNICAL)
- MWAVault.sol — holds the RWA collateral, creates MEME tokens, and manages deposits.
- MWARedemption.sol — handles buy/sell of MEME tokens and executes the buyback & burn.
- MWATokenFactory.sol — creates unique MEME tokens for each deposit.
- MWAPriceHook.sol — integrates with Chainlink oracles for accurate RWA pricing (planned).

The protocol is deployed on Robinhood Chain (Arbitrum Orbit, Chain ID 46630) and supports both ETH and USDC pools. Lock durations can be as short as 30 seconds for testing or as long as months for real-world use cases.
