Mintiq is a decentralized research publishing platform powered by AI and blockchain. It allows researchers to mint their work as NFTs, ensuring ownership, transparency, and immutability. Our integrated AI engine provides trust scores, detects plagiarism, and recommends improvements, while a human-powered peer review system adds credibility and community validation.
For readers, Mintiq offers AI-based research recommendations, free access to abstracts, and optional membership for premium features. The platform is built on the BNB Chain and uses a combination of smart contracts, decentralized storage (IPFS/Arweave), and a custom machine learning pipeline to ensure trust, provenance, and open access.

Hackathon Progress: MintIQ MintIQ is a decentralized peer-review and intellectual validation platform aimed at bringing trust, transparency, and credibility to research, innovations, and community-generated insights using blockchain and zero-knowledge proofs. During the hackathon, we achieved the following milestones: Consensus-Based Peer Review Architecture: Developed a reviewer-only consensus model where submitted research or findings are validated by a curated pool of peers, ensuring technical fairness and unbiased evaluation. Smart Contracts on BNB Chain: Deployed core contracts for submission, review consensus, reputation scoring, and publication. This ensures transparent contribution and ownership tracking on-chain. ZK-Based Identity Proof: Integrated ZK reputation proof for anonymous but credible validation, preserving reviewer privacy while ensuring quality. Frontend MVP: Built a minimal yet functional UI using React and Tailwind for submission, reviewing, and displaying proof-backed insights. Reputation Graph: Implemented a basic on-chain reviewer reputation score that evolves based on peer feedback and review consensus. Interoperable Proof System: Initiated support for verifiable credentials that can be imported across ecosystems (e.g., GitHub, ORCID, etc.). MintIQ is designed to tackle the lack of transparency and inclusivity in traditional publishing by building a decentralized, community-led, reputation-based validation network—fair, open, and censorship-resistant.
