Shareef Finance: Sharia-Compliant AI-Verified RWA Financing

65 million SMEs in Indonesia face a $80B financing gap. Banks reject them because they lack land certificates for collateral, and manual auditing is too expensive for small loans ($2k cost for a $10k loan). Furthermore, trillions in Muslim capital remain sidelined because traditional DeFi yields are interest-based (non-Sharia compliant).

Shareef Finance is a "Just-in-Time" liquidity protocol on Mantle Network. Instead of asking for collateral, we use "ReefAI" (a LangGraph Agent) to verify real-time commerce data (Invoices, POS history, Logistics APIs).

How it works:

1. AI Due Diligence: ReefAI verifies the invoice PDF and checks profit margins against market prices to prevent predatory loans.

2. RWA Minting: Verified invoices are minted as NFTs on Mantle, with private data encrypted on EigenDA.

3. Smart Settlement: We use a "Virtual Account Lockbox" (via Xendit integration) to intercept buyer payments. The Smart Contract automatically splits the revenue (e.g., 70/30) between the SME and the Investor, ensuring trustless repayment.

By utilizing Mantle’s low fees and EigenDA’s cheap storage, we make micro-financing profitable, unlocking high-yield, ethical Real World Assets for DeFi investors.
