Silicon DNA is a production-deployed physical-layer identity verification system for Web3, running on Arbitrum and 11 other L2 networks. Unlike existing security tools (Hypernative, Hexagate, Forta) that only monitor on-chain events AFTER execution, Silicon DNA operates at the kernel level using eBPF/XDP — intercepting threats in 5-20 microseconds, before they reach the TCP/IP stack. Core capabilities deployed in production since March 2026: • 9-gate bot detection pipeline — from CPU jitter analysis to behavioral fingerprinting • 12-chain RTT oracle — cross-chain temporal correlation matrix R_xy(τ) across Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync, Scroll, Blast, Linea, Mode, Polygon zkEVM, Taiko, Mantle • x402 micropayment gateway — pay-per-call API access with on-chain settlement on Base • Post-quantum cryptography — ML-KEM-768 (FIPS 203) + ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) • Privacy Pass anonymous tokens (RFC 9497) • XDP kernel firewall — drops malicious packets before TCP stack at line rate • 581 tests, 10 production services, live at rtt.phoenix-ai.work Arbitrum-specific: Real-time sequencer latency monitoring, MEV detection via cross-chain correlation, and trust-gated RPC access for Arbitrum dApps. Production system live since March 2026. During the buildathon period: • Deployed XDP kernel firewall — drops banned IPs at kernel level before TCP stack • Added Arbitrum-specific sequencer health monitoring to 12-chain oracle • Integrated x402 micropayment settlements on Base mainnet (first revenue Sep 1) • Published MCP server for AI agent integration • Deployed RPC Gateway with trust-gated access for Arbitrum RPC calls • Expanded test suite to 581 tests across 29 test files • Submitted academic paper to IACR ePrint (2026/111419) All 10 production services running continuously.
