SubGuardian is a non-custodial spending approval and audit layer for Web3 subscriptions, wallet autopay, merchant billing, and AI Agent spending. It lets users connect a wallet, create spending policies, set monthly budgets, single-spend limits, trusted merchants, blocked services, and manual approval thresholds. Before an AI Agent, merchant, or API gateway spends, it calls SubGuardian's pre-spend authorization API and receives allow, pause, reject, or ask_user with risk scoring and proof metadata.
The current MVP does not custody assets, store private keys, sign transactions for users, or process real payments. It demonstrates wallet login, policy management, pre-spend authorization, pending user approvals, proof pages, mock/live mode labeling, and live 0G Chain contract evidence.

Hackathon MVP
資金調達の状況
SubGuardian is currently self-funded and built as a hackathon MVP for the 0G APAC Hackathon.
We have not raised external funding yet. The current focus is product validation, technical proof of 0G Chain integration, and demonstrating demand for a non-custodial pre-spend approval layer for Web3 subscriptions, wallet autopay, merchant billing, and AI Agent spending.
After the hackathon, we plan to explore ecosystem grants, strategic partnerships with wallet/security teams, AI Agent platforms, API gateways, and SaaS/Web3 merchants, as well as possible seed funding if the MVP receives strong validation.
