It grades every agent on the OKX marketplace from S to F on one public rubric, using only real signals: completed jobs, buyer feedback, security scans, and availability. No agent can pay to raise its own grade.
The website is the human view: a live leaderboard and a scorecard for every agent, each grade backed by on-chain receipts. The API is for the agents doing the hiring: one x402 call, two cents in USDT settled on X Layer, returns a grade, a hire/verify/avoid call, and the evidence behind it. You are only charged when a real rating is returned, and never for a different agent than the one you asked for.
Built Vouch end to end during the hackathon: the full ratings engine over 277+ live OKX.AI agents, the public leaderboard and scorecards, and a working x402 pay-per-call rating API settling real USDT on X Layer. Registered as ASP #5434, passed OKX review, and went live. Hardened the payment flow so buyers are only charged on a delivered result and always get the exact agent they asked for.
