recurr solves the "dilution trap" for subscription businesses by treating Revenue as the new Collateral.

Our protocol bridges TradFi data and DeFi liquidity. It extracts financial metrics from bank statements, anchors a cryptographic "Stability Score" on the Mantle blockchain, and allows businesses to mint "Revenue Bonds." Investors fund these bonds to earn a fixed yield, while the protocol automates repayments based on a percentage of verified monthly revenue—aligning the cost of capital with actual business performance.

During this hackathon, we successfully built and stabilized the core VRBF (Verified Revenue-Based Financing) protocol: Extraction Engine: Developed a client-side engine that parses bank statements to create trustless "Proof of Revenue." Core Smart Contracts: Deployed the RevenueOracle, BondFactory, and EscrowVault architecture on Mantle Sepolia. KYC Integration: Implemented a mandatory compliance layer for both businesses and investors. User Dashboard: Built a high-end, glassmorphism-themed frontend for real-time revenue verification and bond management. Stability Logic: Implemented on-chain scoring to differentiate business risk tiers (Tier A-D).

資金調達の状況

Protocol Revenue Model: recurr generates income through a 3-5% fee on successful bond issuance and a 1% management fee on investor yield. Project Status: Currently in Beta on Mantle Sepolia. we are focused on protocol stability, smart contract auditing, and establishing initial business partnerships. We are prioritizing organic growth and technological robustness before seeking external venture capital.
