● Conduct market research
● Project management and coordination
● Assist in documentation of approvals and agreements
● Maintain and establish new partner and client relationships
● Ensure continuous revenue streams through new franchise agreements
● Maintains and updates client records
● Collaborates with the Business Development Officer/Lead/Manager in the development and implementation of the team process, new sales and marketing initiatives.
● Build long-term trusting relationships with partners
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
● Present our company to potential partners
● Build and put into practice skills for increasing regional franchise sales and profitability.
● Help partners comply with the franchise checklist;
● Develop procedures for branch and national reporting;
● Evaluate and offer regional information to improve franchise operations and choices
● Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Deliver quick results with minimal supervision
● Detailed oriented, results driven, proactive, collaborative and a team player
● People, service, and results-oriented
● Good sales instinct and numerical analysis
