Business Development Manager (Solar & EV Charging)

Market Heating and Cooling Services (District and Retail) or other New Energy Business Services such as electricity, solar and electric vehicle charging to potential clients.
Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients and maintain business relations with existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through services provided.
Perform full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing proposals and responding to clients' requests.
Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements.
Perform user requirements gathering and understand their needs.
Work with project development colleague and contractors to prepare technical proposal and obtain project costing.
Run financial modelling and structure commercial deal for customers.
Formulate business proposals and make effective presentations to clients and consultants.
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
Degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business with a Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience
Experience in M&E or ACMW is an advantage.
Experience of using solar design tools (PV-Syst, Helioscope)
Has exposure in Financial Modelling
Able to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness with proven track record in sales / marketing and business development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and good team player
Work experience in a business development role will be a plus.
