Job Description:
As a Financial Analysis Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing financial analysis activities within the organization. You will lead a team of financial analysts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, insightful data analysis, and strategic financial planning. Your responsibilities will encompass supervising the financial analysis team, collaborating with various departments, and contributing to informed decision-making processes.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of financial analysts.
Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Data Analysis:
Lead the analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Financial Planning:
Assist in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial plans.
Evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives and investment opportunities.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis and reporting activities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Assess and mitigate financial risks as they arise.
Communication:
Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to align financial goals with broader organizational objectives.
Technology and Tools:
Stay up-to-date with financial analysis tools and software to streamline processes and improve analytical capabilities.
Ad Hoc Projects:
Participate in special projects and initiatives as required by senior management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
- Several years of experience in financial analysis and management.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Amenable to work on-site in Cainta, Rizal
