Business Development Officer for Real Estate

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Works closely with the Business Development Head to identify and assess high-potential sales and business opportunities.

2. Conducts thorough research, which may include market research including but not limited to field surveys on new business opportunities and existing business requirements, identification of market segments, and thorough analysis of consumer markets

3. Prepares comparative studies to support recommendations such as benchmarking studies and demand forecasting

4. Develop and implement business plans for both existing and new projects and other services

5. Creates brand strategy and brand equity and crafts effective brand positioning

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Research/Business Development/Project Development in Real Estate and Property Development and Property leasing industries preferred
• Graduate of Business Course (Finance, Economics) or Industrial Engineering, Math/Statistics, or any related degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email
• Demonstrates business development and financial skills
• Excellent communicator who motivates and empowers others to stretch themselves and reach high goals
