We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Social Media Officer to oversee marketing strategies and social media campaigns for our various skincare brands and retail stores.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all skincare brands and retail stores to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall company objectives and goals.
2. Social Media Management:
· Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) for all skincare brands and retail stores.
· Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to promote the brands and products, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and identity.
3. Content Creation:
· Develop compelling content for blogs, social media pages, website updates, and other marketing materials related to skincare products and promotions.
· Collaborate with the creative team to design graphics and visuals that align with the brand's image and resonate with the target audience.
4. Campaign Execution:
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions to increase product visibility and drive sales both online and in retail stores.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities.
· Utilize market insights to adapt marketing strategies and stay ahead in the skincare industry.
6. Collaborations and Partnerships:
· Identify and engage potential influencers, bloggers, and industry partners for collaborations to enhance brand exposure and credibility.
· Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize reach and engagement.
7. Customer Engagement:
· Engage with customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
· Foster a positive and interactive online community, addressing concerns and maintaining a favorable brand image.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
· Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
· Proficiency in graphic design and social media management tools.
· Knowledge of skincare products and market trends is a plus.
