Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate is responsible for acquiring potential partnerships for the company. He or she will spearhead new business opportunities for Investa and establish processes that will streamline various business channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and generate leads on potential partners and business opportunities
• Develop strategies for business development
• Create processes for partner on-boarding
• Establish strong relationship with partnered organizations
• Identify new business channels for the company

What you should have

• Background in business development and research is required for this role
• Has knowledge and expertise in lending, loans and other financial services gained from relevant industries
• Experience in forming partnership with external organizations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Has exceptional ability to prioritize projects
• Project Management Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in any business course
• Preferably with experience in Banking, Fintech, and other financial services
