The Business Development Officer will work closely with the CEO to research and contact qualified leads, converting them into potential merchant partners of Connect. The ideal candidate must possess a good personality and speak eloquently.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and contact leads to convert them into partners.
- Discover opportunities and build on current strategy to create meaningful partner relations.
- Prepare pitch decks and proposals for leads.
- Research on leads and organize a database of potential partners.
- 1-2 years of work experience.
- Graduate of any related business degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills and is a people-person.
- Adventurous and has a desire to understand and learn more about merchant partners.
- Interest and knowledge in trendy places (e.g. viral cafes, go-to places for Gen Zs) is a plus.
- Must be able to reliably travel to Quezon City
