Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to sell our restaurant franchise opportunities and generate sales from various events. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential franchisees and event organizers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential franchisees and actively reach out to individuals interested in owning a restaurant franchise
- Conduct sales presentations, both in person and remotely, to showcase the benefits and advantages of our restaurant franchise
- Develop a deep understanding of our franchise model, menu offerings, and operational processes to effectively address potential franchisees' questions and concerns
- Guide potential franchisees through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and business conferences to promote our franchise opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, catering services, and individuals seeking food vendors for their events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential franchisees and event clients
- Develop a strong knowledge of the local restaurant market, competitors, and trends to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions to the sales manager
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and franchise regulations to maintain a competitive edge
