Social Media Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trending social media strategies and campaigns that aligns with the company's marketing goal
• Create and maintain a well-organized social media content calendar to schedule posts and ensure timely and consistent posting to maximize audience engagement
• Collaborate with branding, creatives, and cross functional teams to implement marketing strategies
• Create appealing content, creative designs or videos to any social media platforms
• Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and comments in a professional manner and foster or build strong relationships with followers
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, promotions and updates related to the brand
• Utilize analytical tools to assess the performance of social media platforms
• Provide analysis and reports to submit in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Graduated or completed any four (4) year Marketing, Mass Communication or Business related course
• At least two (2) years of direct relevant work experience
• With a strong understanding of social media ads, including paid campaigns on social media platforms
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytical tools
• Existing portfolio with successful social media campaigns
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience working or dealing with influencers or alike
• Knowleadgeable in graphic designing and video editing
• Can work with less supervision, self motivated, multi task and can work under pressure
