JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development (BD) Head drives Company’s business development strategies, enhances its current portfolio, and explores new business opportunities. He/She shall be able to assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data. He/She efficiently executes business strategies that are in line with the organization’s objectives.


  • Develops and implements top level Business Development Strategies that are aligned with
  • Company’s corporate objectives. Conducts business development research and create strategies for new product service offerings to improve revenue streams and meet market demands;
  • Identifies opportunities that may optimize business products and processes.
  • Develops strategies to attract new clients and expand revenues from existing clients.
  • Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
  • Explores new markets or new products to serve existing and new clients.
  • Responsible for driving the financial growth of the company by identifying and developing new
  • business opportunities and by strengthening internal and external relationships that will lead to
  • increased lead generation and market share.
  • Creates revenue forecasts and makes use of available data to create strategies that will minimize potential risk and that will meet the top level objectives of the company.
  • Leads new business exploratory meeting, negotiation, documentation and contract closing with
  • new clients; Creates BD Team that will support the needs of the prospective client/s.
  • Oversees new business project implementation until totally turned over to the Operations team;
  • Collaborates with Operations to ensure that SLAs and client directives are met and that
  • concerns/issues with the campaign are properly communicated to the client; Builds relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Analyzes business/market trends and key metric data to proactively create solutions and strategic decisions that will both meet the company’s corporate objectives and client’s needs.
  • Keeps self and the organization abreast of global standards and trends for possible people
  • development and tools enhancements for market relevance.
  • Performs other functions which may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course in Business, Marketing, or any related field

• At least 2 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, at a senior management role with a proven record of sales or profitability growth contribution

• BPO experience in a senior managerial role, an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Ppt or Google Pres; Knowledge in MS Proj Mgt an advantage)
