Working Time:

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 6.15pm

Friday 8.15am – 6pm

Working Location: Sims Lane (5 days work)


  • General administration of office and first point of contact for visitors to the office/call
  • Billing
  • Prepare report
  • Upload data to system promptly and accurately
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
  • At least 1-2 years of admin experience
  • Min SPM
  • Knowledge of banking industry and consumer products and services will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English
