Working Time:
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 6.15pm
Friday 8.15am – 6pm
Working Location: Sims Lane (5 days work)
- General administration of office and first point of contact for visitors to the office/call
- Billing
- Prepare report
- Upload data to system promptly and accurately
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
- At least 1-2 years of admin experience
- Min SPM
- Knowledge of banking industry and consumer products and services will be an added advantage.
- Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
