Social Media Manager

We are a Fintech trading platform looking for a social media manager to:

• Enhance Matancoin's online presence in social media
• Post engaging comments in relevant discussions across platforms aimed at increasing awareness about our product.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages.
• Post on corporate profiles across social media.
• Detect and contact the target audience and potential users via private messages
• Attract new users to our product and add new community members to our community group on Telegram.
• Manage community interaction, fostering a positive environment and prompt customer service inside our Telegram group.
• Search and detect more relevant groups, communities and threads across social media where to engage in discussions.
• Log all social media activity, the list of communities and individuals to be contacted

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or related role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in communication, sales, marketing, networking, and community management.
• Responsibilities and Duties:
• Working Conditions: Remote. Full-time position that may allow for some flexibility.
• Qualities and Traits: Creative, proactive, adaptable, with a passion for digital engagement and a knack for trend-spotting. Sales skill is a bonus.
