• A lawyer to ensure compliance with local laws and all the legislative regulations to operate in UAE.
• Legal examination of contracts: rental, supply chain (including foreign economic activity), license agreements, contractor agreement, service contracts; agreement of the disputes with counterparts.
• Preparation of the legal conclusions at a wide array of questions including the treaty law, labour law, intellectual property, personal data, advertising, online trade.
• Bonus points if you are a lawyer with a Chinese background and extensive experience working in Web 3.0, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, blockchain, fintech, N-strategy and regulatory compliance
